The Buyer has the right to refuse goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (distance selling).
Return Conditions
Return of goods of proper quality is possible if the following conditions are met:
the goods have not been used and their consumer properties are preserved;
the original packaging, labels, and seals are preserved;
a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase (receipt, invoice) is preserved;
no more than 14 calendar days have passed since receipt.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
send a request to sales@icosmo.shop indicating the order number and reason for return;
receive confirmation and return shipping instructions from the manager;
send the goods to the specified address via a transport company;
after the Seller receives and inspects the goods, the funds will be refunded.
Refund Period
Funds are refunded within 10 banking days from the moment the Seller receives the goods and confirms their proper condition. For card payments, the refund is made to the same card; for bank transfers, to the payer's settlement account.
Goods of Inadequate Quality
If you have received goods with a manufacturing defect or goods that do not match your order, please contact the manager at sales@icosmo.shop within 7 calendar days from receipt. The cost of returning defective goods is borne by the Seller. Replacement or refund is made after inspection.
